01Your ticket arrives the second payment clears
Every order on The Seat Market is a verified resale ticket paid in crypto. The moment the blockchain confirms your payment, a mobile e-ticket with a scannable QR pass drops into your account — nothing ships in the post.
For almost every order this is automatic and instant: as soon as the network confirms the transaction, the ticket is yours.
02The one-hour refund guarantee
If your payment clears but no ticket appears — say the exact listing can no longer be honoured — you're refunded in full within one hour of that payment confirming.
There's nothing to chase. The refund goes straight to the refund address saved on your account. If anything looks off, message us and we'll sort it fast.
03Where your refund lands
Refunds go out in the same coin you paid with, to the refund address you've saved in your account.
So a refund can always reach you, save an address for each coin before you pay:
- Sign in and open Account → Refunds.
- Save a wallet address for every coin you might use — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB and more.
- If a refund is ever due, it's sent automatically to the saved address for that coin.
04No refund address saved yet?
If a refund is due and you haven't saved an address, email us at support@theseatmarket.com and we'll arrange your full refund by hand. We only ever refund to an address you confirm with us directly.
05Changed your mind, or the match changed?
Tickets are delivered instantly and resale stock is limited, so once your ticket is issued the order is normally final.
If a match is officially cancelled with no reschedule, or moved in a way that voids your ticket, get in touch and we'll help arrange a refund of the ticket price to your saved refund address.
06How to reach us about a refund
Open a ticket on our Support page or email support@theseatmarket.com with your order reference. Every message gets a reply by email, usually within a few hours.
