How do I contact The Seat Market support?

Open a support ticket on this page — pick a topic, add a subject and describe your issue. We reply to every ticket by email, usually within a few hours.

Do I need an account to get help?

No. Anyone can open a ticket with just an email address. If you are signed in, your tickets are saved to your account so you can track their status under Account → Support.

Where do I find my World Cup 2026 e-tickets?

Once an order is confirmed, your mobile e-tickets appear under Account → My Tickets, each with a scannable QR entry pass. Nothing is shipped.

How do refunds work?

Tickets are delivered the instant your crypto payment confirms. In the rare case an order can't be filled, you're refunded in full to the refund address saved under Account → Refunds.

I sell tickets — how do I get help with a listing or payout?

Choose the “Selling tickets” topic when you open a ticket. For payouts, make sure a payout address is saved in your seller dashboard so proceeds can be sent.
